Linda is a clinical psychologist working full-time in private practice, both at the London Medical Centre in Harley Street and at Bowden House Clinic in Harrow-on-the-Hill. Psychology is her third career, the first two being languages and motherhood. She gained her first psychology degree in 1984 and her Msc in clinical psychology in 1988, when she was awarded chartered status of the British Psychological Society, of which she is now an Associate Fellow. In 1996 she qualified as a Family Mediator, and she is currently undertaking a professional hypnotherapy training.
Linda works with people from adolescence to old age who experience a wide range of psychological difficulties, and she uses a variety of techniques. She also sees many couples for relationship therapy, having trained with the National Marriage Guidance Council. Linda also works with organisations offering counselling to their employees (EAPs), and as an Expert Witness.
